Wild Walk - Donnington Wood
This new development includes the construction of 329 homes being bought forward by a partnership comprising of Telford & Wrekin Council, Nuplace Ltd, Lovell Partnerships Ltd and The Wrekin Housing Group.
We will build 186 affordable homes The properties will include 20 retirement apartments, a 76-apartment extra care scheme for people over 55 and 90 homes.

Queen's Wood - Newport
Set to open in 2024, our ShireLiving scheme will offer 70 modern apartments specifically designed to make retirement life easier and more secure. All of the apartments will be available for affordable rent and the development will be complemented by an onsite café, landscaped gardens and its onsite friendly team will offer peace of mind, deliver care and support services and facilitate a vibrant social community.
High Street - Wellington
We are building 67 new affordable homes at High Street in Wellington.
The new development breathes new life into the site and will offer a mix of one, two and three-bedroomed properties including bungalows and apartments – all for affordable rent.
Each home will benefit from enhanced levels of insulation designed to cut emissions and help lower residents’ heating bills.
As part of the project, which will be completed by Spring 2025. Details on how to apply for these properties will be released in the near future.

New College - Wellington
Work to deliver a new residential and community development at a prime location which is a gateway to Wellington is now underway.
The project will deliver 66 Wrekin Housing Group apartments and 10 bungalows at the former New College site on King Street.
In addition to the new homes and a dedicated car park for the King Street mosque, plans include the delivery of a new community hall and sports facility as part of the site transformation.

Battlefield, Shrewsbury
Work is underway to build 98 homes for affordable homes in the Battlefield area of Shrewsbury.
Whitchurch Road, Prees
Our new development off Whitchurch Road, Prees will provide 27 energy efficient homes. This community-led scheme will feature mix of one, two and three-bedroom houses and bungalows available for affordable rent and shared ownership in November 2024. Priority will be given to people with a connection to the local area.

Homes at this site will be advertised via Shropshire Homepoint and more information will be available shortly.
Pauls Moss, Whitchurch
The Pauls Moss development will feature 71 self-contained extra care apartments for the over 55s, and a new, modern, two-storey health centre for the wider Whitchurch community.
The new development will also feature a community space and café, as well as the integration of Pauls Moss House into the scheme. The scheme is set to be completed in 2024.
Southlands Avenue, Gobowen
We are currently building 28 homes for affordable rent on this site.
